No returns or exchanges for a simple change of heart. Final sale, unless there's a flaw or mistake on our part. If a return is needed due to a defect, shoot an email to hello@studiothicialuiza.com and we'll make it right. Notify us within 48 hours of getting your package. We'll cover return shipping if the item is deemed defective and eligible for return.
