Shipping policy

Expect a wait time of up to 2 weeks for unframed prints and up to 4 weeks for framed prints, as each one is specially made-to-order. Shipping is not included in this timeframe and typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

We offer free delivery for all of our fine art prints and original artwork within Australia. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.

Studio Thicia Luiza is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. Our framed prints feature shatter-proof acrylic glazing to ensure the safety of your order.
